मंत्री राव इंद्रजीत सिंह को निर्विरोध भारतीय पैरालम्पिक समिति (पीसीआई)
का नया अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया गया है। कविंदर चौधरी को पीसीआई उपाध्यक्ष
निर्वाचित किया गया है। शिवाजी कुमार समिति के संयुक्त सचिव के रूप में
नियुक्त किये गये हैं।
2. Sekhar
Basu has been appointed as the chairman of Atomic Energy Commission
(AEC). By virtue of this position, he will also occupy the office of
secretary, Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). He will succeed R.K.
Sinha. Basu is presently the director of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre
(BARC), Mumbai.
शेखर बसु को परमाणु ऊर्जा आयोग
(एईसी) के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। उनके पद के आधार पर, वह

The Joint Declaration of the Heads of the Migration Authorities of the
BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) nations was
released after the first BRICS Ministerial meeting on Migration held in
Sochi, Russia. The declaration guided by the Ufa Declaration and the
commitment to respect human rights is a major milestone so far as
orderly and legal migration amongst BRICS countries is concerned.

के प्रमुखों की संयुक्त घोषणा को सोची, रूस में आयोजित प्रवास पर पहली
ब्रिक्स मंत्रिस्तरीय बैठक के बाद जारी किया गया। घोषणा, मानव अधिकारों का
सम्मान करने की प्रतिबद्धता और ऊफ़ा घोषणा से प्रेरित, ब्रिक्स देशों के
बीच व्यवस्थित और कानूनी पलायन के संबंध में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

Kishore Biyani-led retail major Future Group entered into an agreement
with Baba Ramdev-promoted Patanjali Ayurved to sell the latter’s FMCG
products through its stores. Future Group expects sales from Patanjali,
to the tune of Rs. 1,000 crore in the next 20 months.

बियानी की अगुवाई वाली रिटेल कंपनी फ्यूचर ग्रुप ने बाबा रामदेव के पतंजलि
आयुर्वेद के साथ एक समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। इस समझौते के तहत पतंजलि
के एफएमसीजी उत्पादों को फ्यूचर ग्रुप अपने स्टोरों से बेचेगा। 20 महीने
में फ्यूचर ग्रुप की पतंजलि आयुर्वेद के उत्पादों की बिक्री के जरिए 1000
करोड़ रुपये का कारोबार करने की योजना है।

China launched the much anticipated China International Payment System
(CIPS), an international payment system that seeks to provide global
dimensions to its currency Yuan. CIPS will provide capital settlement
and clearing services for cross-border Yuan transactions for financial
institutions domestically and abroad and will effectively enhance
efficiency and increase global use of the Chinese currency.

ने अपनी बहु-प्रतीक्षित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय भुगतान प्रणाली चाइना इंटरनेशनल
पेमेण्ट सिस्टम (सीआईपीएस) को लाँच किया जिससे उसकी मुद्रा युआन को वैश्विक
मुद्रा के रूप में स्थापित होने में सहयोग मिलेगा। इस भुगतान प्रणाली के
शुरू हो जाने से विदेशों में युआन में होने वाले सौदों का निपटारा तथा
सम्बन्धित क्लियरेंस सेवाओं को चीन से संचालित करना संभव हो जायेगा और चीनी
मुद्रा की वैश्विक उपयोग में वृद्धि होगी।

FIFA, the governing body of association football provisionally
suspended its president Sepp Blatter, secretary general Jerome Valcke
and vice-president Michel Platini for 90 days, due to alleged charges of
corruption. Issa Hayatou, head of Africa’s football confederation, will
act as the interim FIFA president during Blatter’s ban.

Union Government released data which discloses that the National
Pension System (NPS) and the Atal Pension Yojana (APY) have together
crossed milestone figure of Rs. 1 lakh crore (or Rs. 1 trillion) with
regard to total Assets Under Management (AUM). Both together have more
than one crore subscribers with total AUM of Rs.1,00,275 crores.

सरकार द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार राष्ट्रीय पेंशन प्रणाली (एनपीएस) तथा
अटल पेंशन योजना (एपीवाई) के प्रबन्धन के तहत आने वाली कुल सम्मिलित
परिसम्पत्तियों (एयूएम) के आंकड़े ने 1 लाख करोड़ रुपए का बड़ा स्तर पार कर
लिया है। दोनों योजनाओं के तहत आने वाली एयूएम का वर्तमान स्तर 1,00,275
करोड़ रुपए है जबकि कुल लाभार्थी ग्राहकों की संख्या 1 करोड़ का आंकड़ा पार कर
चुकी है।
9. The Annual Meetings
of the Boards of Governors of the World Bank Group (WBG) and the
International Monetary Fund (IMF) or the 2015 WBG/IMF Annual Meetings
started in Lima, Peru in which representatives of the 188 member
countries of both multilateral financial institutions took part. This
Annual Meeting serve to discuss international economic and financial
developments, the state of the global economy, and policies to reduce
poverty and promote inclusive economic growth.

ऑफ गवर्नर्स या 2015 डब्ल्यूबीजी / आईएमएफ की वार्षिक बैठक लीमा, पेरू में
शुरू हुई है जिसमें दोनों बहुपक्षीय वित्त संस्थाओं के 188 सदस्य देशों के
प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए। इन बैठकों में मुख्यत: अंतर्राष्ट्रीय आर्थिक
मुद्दों, वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था की स्थितियों तथा वित्तीय गतिविधियों पर
चर्चा की जाती है। इसके अलावा गरीबी को कम करने के उपायों तथा विकासोन्मुख
उपायों पर भी चर्चा की जाती है।

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) free trade agreement of 12 Pacific
Rim countries was reached at the ministerial meeting of the
Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) held in Atlanta, USA that will cover
almost 36% of global economic output. This is an ambitious agreement to
lower trade and investment barriers in 12 partner countries in the Asia
Pacific region. The TPP is world’s biggest trade agreement in the past
two decades.
प्रशांत रिम के 12 देशों के बीच का
अंतर-प्रशांत भागीदारी (टीपीपी) मुक्त व्यापार समझौता अटलांटा, संयुक्त
राज्य अमेरिका में आयोजित अंतर-प्रशांत भागीदारी (टीपीपी) की मंत्रिस्तरीय
बैठक में हस्ताक्षरित किया गया जिसके तहत आने वाले सदस्य देशों की विश्व के
कुल उत्पादन में लगभग 36% की हिस्सेदारी है। यह एशिया प्रशांत क्षेत्र में
12 भागीदार देशों में व्यापार और निवेश की बाधाओं को कम करने के लिए एक
महत्वाकांक्षी समझौता है। टीपीपी पिछले दो दशक का सबसे बड़ा बहुपक्षीय
व्यापार समझौता है।
11. The Asian
Development Bank (ADB) has approved a $15 million grant to rebuild
schools, provide micro-loans to help restore livelihoods, and to boost
disaster awareness in quake-ravaged Nepal.
एशियाई
विकास बैंक (एडीबी) ने भूकंप से प्रभावित नेपाल में स्कूलों के
पुनर्निर्माण, आजीविका बहाल करने के लिए सूक्ष्म ऋण उपलब्ध कराने और आपदाओं
के प्रति जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 15 मिलियन डॉलर के अनुदान की
मंजूरी दे दी है।
12. Japan
announced to give Madhya Pradesh government Rs. 12,000 crore loan for
its ambitious Bhopal and Indore Metro rail projects. This amount will be
given by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for 50 years at
0.3% interest rate.
जापान ने मध्य प्रदेश सरकार को
उसकी महत्वाकांक्षी भोपाल और इंदौर मेट्रो परियोजनाओं के लिए 12000 करोड़
रुपए का ऋण देने की घोषणा की है। यह राशि जापान इंटरनेशनल को-ऑपरेशन एजेंसी
(जायका) 0.3% ब्याज दर पर 50 साल के लिए देगी।
