Eligible Criteria :
- Educational Qualification :
- For Staff Nurse : GNM training course from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council/ West Bengal Nursing Council or B.Sc Nursing Course.
- For Pharmacist : Diploma in Pharmacy.
- For Public Health Manager : Graduation in any discipline with MBA or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences.
- For Urban Health Planning & Monitoring Manager :
- For Data Manager : Candidates should have MCA/ Master Degree in Statistics or BCA or Bachelor in Information Technology.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : 40 years (As on 01.09.2015)
Application Fee : Candidates should have to pay of Rs. 100/- for unreserved category and Rs. 50/- for reserve category (SC, ST, OBC A & B, PWD) through Demand Draft to be issued from any Nationalized Bank in favour of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Kolkata.
